The mission of the Handmaker Foundation is to provide philanthropic support to Handmaker Jewish Services for the Aging.
The Handmaker Foundation strives to enhance and expand the programs and services offered to the residents of Handmaker by developing charitable resources through individuals, private foundations and corporations.
Because of our status as a non-profit organization, we rely on the generosity of our Family of Donors.
Gifts to the Handmaker Foundation allow Handmaker Jewish Services for the Aging to provide a significant amount of charitable care to residents of Handmaker's skilled nursing programs who have outlived their financial resources.
For Handmaker Jewish Services for the Aging, caring for the physical needs of our residents is just the beginning. Handmaker's mission is to promote the spiritual, emotional and intellectual well-being of the people in our care. We are committed to improving the quality of life by making sure our residents enjoy their independence and dignity while being part of a supportive community.
Our ability to meet and surpass these goals relies on Community Support.
